November 9, 2023, marks the 32nd National Fire Prevention Day, with this year's theme being "Prevention First, Life Supreme." To actively respond to the theme of "Prevention First, Life Supreme" during the National Fire Safety Month, the company has prioritized the popularization of emergency evacuation skills, continuously promoting fire safety education and utilizing various methods and channels to expand publicity, further strengthening the foundation of fire safety publicity and improving the fire safety awareness of company employees.

I. Emergency Evacuation Drill in Living Quarters

The Administration and Human Resources Department led a nighttime evacuation drill in the employee dormitory area. After receiving the notice of the impromptu nighttime dormitory evacuation drill, employees actively cooperated. Some employees were even too late to change clothes and evacuated in light clothing to the designated location. Through this drill and the explanations provided by the drill reviewers based on the on-site situation, the dormitory employees' awareness of fire safety was enhanced, clarifying the importance of emergency evacuation at any time in the event of a fire.

II. Nighttime Emergency Evacuation Drill in Production Areas

LCD, LCM, and TCM respectively conducted nighttime fire emergency evacuation drills for all employees. Emphasis was placed on the requirement that employees must wait for the announcement from the company's fire control room, the sound and light alarm system, the shutdown of the normal lighting system, and the activation of the emergency lighting system before evacuating, in order to familiarize themselves with fire system information during fire incidents. Simultaneously, the fire control room also used the fire drill to test and inspect the performance and functionality of the fire facilities. The drill revealed that the illuminance in some evacuation passages was insufficient.

III. Dormitory Electrical Inspection

The Administration and Human Resources Department conducted a special safety inspection of employee dormitories, checking for violations such as the use of high-power electrical appliances, series-connected power strips, the use of substandard chargers, and electrical equipment without 3C certification. A total of 5 power strips, 8 electric heating devices, and several substandard chargers and charging cables were confiscated, effectively eliminating potential safety incidents caused by electrical equipment.

IV. Fire Safety Education

The company's safety committee organized a special training session on fire safety knowledge, with 68 people participating in 3 hours of professional training and examinations. Each department also held company-wide training covering office and home fire safety, and production fire safety. Fire safety videos were also shown on the video systems at the entrances of various factories and production lines, and a fire safety knowledge learning and quiz was conducted on WeChat. The company used various methods such as watching warning educational films, centralized training, and propaganda slogans to further enhance the safety awareness of all employees and improve their ability to prevent accidents, protect themselves, and handle emergencies.

V. Observing the Fire Control Room

The company's safety committee organized a total of 31 safety production team members from various departments to observe the company's fire control room on November 9 (Fire Prevention Day), gaining a firsthand understanding of the fire monitoring system and the simulated process of emergency fire response coordination. On-site, observers communicated face-to-face with fire safety managers regarding real-time sharing of fire information, the fire facilities in their respective areas of responsibility, and existing problems. This activity allowed safety managers from various departments to gain a deeper understanding of the company's fire safety facilities, master the precautions for daily fire facilities, and the emergency response procedures for fire incidents.
