The company has three fully automatic STN-LCD production lines of international advanced level, which can produce and process various types of black-and-white LCD, with a minimum line width of 0.008MM, a number of driving channels of up to 240, and can produce 12-inch black-and-white products;
LCM
LCM factory has a large-scale COG processing center, a number of global advanced automatic COG, FOG bonding production lines, automatic placement machine and automatic dispensing machine. Panasonic automatic COG bonding machine can complete one-stop production of X-axis and Y-axis simultaneous bonding, AOI automatic detection and automatic dispensing.
The product size covers 1.33~18 inches, COG monthly production capacity can reach more than 4KK, can produce various types (TN, STN, FSTN, VA, TFT, OLED) module products, to provide customers with first-class development and design services and one-stop intelligent display scheme.
TCM
TCM factory from the cover plate production, coating processing, yellow sensor, OCA, OCR all fit the complete industrial chain, all-round to meet the needs of customers.
It has various equipment such as fine engraving machine, screen printing machine, strengthening furnace, full-automatic cleaning line, sweeping machine, coating machine, etc., 2D/2.5D/3D, AG/AR/AF production process capability, industrial control and vehicle touch cover plate production capability, and monthly production capacity of more than 1KK.
