CASIL (CONHUI (Huizhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of China Aerospace International Holdings Group (HK00031), an early listed company in Hong Kong. Established in Hong Kong in 1980, CASIL is one of the earliest high-tech enterprises in China engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of liquid crystal displays.
Its subsidiary, Conghui (Huizhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CASIL.
Its production and R&D base is located in the Aerospace Technology (Huizhou) Industrial Park in Zhongkai National High-tech Development Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.

It continuously introduces various advanced testing and experimental equipment, such as electron scanning microscopes (SEM), FTIR Fourier transform infrared spectrometers, DMS integrated parameter testing equipment, CA410 color analyzers, X-ray detection systems, ultrasonic scanning microscopes, high-magnification stereo microscopes, optical testing systems, and other testing equipment. It uses digital Kanban systems, ERP systems, product traceability, and FIFO system management to achieve paperless production.
The company has three fully automated STN-LCD production lines with internationally advanced levels, capable of producing various types of monochrome LCDs, with a minimum line spacing and line width of 0.008MM.
The number of drive channels is up to 240, and it can produce 12-inch monochrome products.
The LCM factory has a large-scale COG processing center and multiple globally advanced fully automated COG and FOG bonding production lines, automatic placement machines, and fully automatic dispensing machines.
Panasonic's fully automatic COG bonding machine can complete X-axis and Y-axis simultaneous bonding, AOI automatic detection, and automatic dispensing in a one-stop production process.
Product Sizes range from 1.33 to 18 inches, with a monthly COG production capacity exceeding 4KK. It can produce various types of modules (TN, STN, FSTN, VA, TFT, OLED), providing customers with first-class development and design services and one-stop smart display solutions.
The TCM factory has a complete industrial chain from cover plate production, film coating processing, yellow light sensor, OCA, and OCR full lamination, comprehensively meeting customer needs.
It has various equipment such as precision engraving machines, screen printing machines, strengthening furnaces, fully automatic cleaning lines, scanning machines, and coating machines, with 2D/2.5D/3D, AG/AR/AF production process capabilities, and the ability to produce industrial control and automotive touch panels, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 1KK.

Through years of development, CASIL has formed a market structure centered in Hong Kong and Huizhou, Guangdong, radiating globally.
Products are exported to dozens of countries and regions, including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, Brazil, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea. They are widely used in industrial control, power equipment, household appliances, automotive products, medical equipment, communications, and smart homes.
