• LCD Factory Has Successfully Launched Quality Awareness Campaign

Quality Awareness Campaign, starting from a month before, has been successfully launched, It was a big event for the whole staff of our company, and it could also Improve the quality awareness of all of staff, which could promote the company's product quality to a higher level, and could go further towards higher goals.

Review of this event, great improvement have been made in the forms and influence: 

1）Quality Promotion

1、Made electronic posters for quality awareness promotion by wechat app. It was paperless and convenient because every staff could read on their own smart phone anytime they want.

2、Group leader organized staff to read the content of quality awareness promotion to help remember and to help everyone to participate this event.

3、Put label like the picture below to working platform. Created a working environment full of quality awareness to help staff study while working.

４、The achievement of quality awareness promotion would be sent to every staff by wechat app. It could help everyone know the quality promotion condition, and know what should be improved. It could help improve this quality promotion.

AQL Sampling/Basic Training of Seven Techniques

3) Quality Experience Exchange And Sharing Activities

Each department took part in quality experience exchange, sharing activities like customer complaint case, process improvement case, samples case. Each working procedure shared the equipment factors that affect quality.

4) Check The Results of This Promotion

We organized the answer competition of quality awareness. There were 9 teams totally, and each team was made up of 4 staff. There was 100 questions totally.

The competition used buzzer to answer. Team could get 1 point with right answer and would lose 1 point with wrong answer. Finally each team was ranked by their final score.

Award: No.1 500 yuan. No.2 400 yuan. No.3 300 yuan. No.4 200 yuan. Other team got a souvenir for each participant.

Finally, LCD front-end team got NO.1, Vehicle-mounted team got NO.2, Liquid crystal workshop team got NO.3, and Test workshop team got NO.4. They also got certificates and award.

This competition not only consolidated the knowledge of quality, but also increased team work by cooperation. It helped spread quality culture of our company, helped improve the quality awareness of staff, and helped increase quality workmanship of whole staff. It is the foundation of quality level-up of our company.

We believe this event help all of our staff to enhance quality awareness for their workmanship. Although the event was over, we did not stop our pursuit of quality improving. We will take this “Quality month” as opportunity, and apply quality knowledge learned from this event to job position to contribute to a higher quality level for our company.
