In order to promote the construction of corporate culture, constantly enhance the sense of belonging, honor and cohesion of employees to aerospace, educate and guide employees to love China, AVIC and Casil, we arranged 6 excellent colleagues to participate in the aerospace experiential education and training activities organized by the Casil group in accordance with the plan of education under the theme of "never forget your original mind and keep your mission in mind".

This training started on October 31 and lasted for three days. During the training, the colleagues visited the China Aerospace Museum, the large achievement exhibition of the 70th anniversary of China, China Academy of space technology and China Astronaut Research and training center, the flag raising ceremony of Tian'anmen Gate and Chairman Mao's memorial hall. On the last day of the training, Wang Chunhe, former Minister of Corporate Culture Department of Aerospace Science and technology group, shared a lecture with all participants on the theme of "China Aerospace spirit", in-depth explaining the achievements of China Aerospace creation and development, aerospace spirit, China Aerospace planning and future prospects.

Through this three-day experiential training, our colleagues participating have a deeper understanding of the aerospace spirit, greatly improving everyone's sense of belonging and pride in aerospace.
