Casil has finished first phase reconstruction of cover glass. Reconstruction project includes many quality controlled facilities, such as CNC equipment,2.5D machine, automatic toughened oven, fully automatic cleaning line, screen printing machine, class 1000 cleaning room, tension tester and 2.5 dimensional automatic measurement . All facilities have been finished testing and input mass production. Our capacity is 300K/month and  are qualified to produce different sizes cover glass for high-end industrial and automotive. First phase reconstruction optimize supplier chain of Casil’s  smart touch module and make further improvement of our core competitive ability 。Cover glass dept. will use this opportunity to expand innovation, improve and develop progressively.
