April 25, 2017, China Aerospace International Holding Limited “Safety Production Study Seminar” was held in the large meeting room of block 8 of our company. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jin Xuesheng, Party Committee, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, and Vice Chairman of the China Aerospace International Holding Limited. Mr. Han Jinguang, Vice Chairman, Mr. Liu Xiangyang, Administrative Director and the main person in charge of the safety of the Group’s subsidiaries.

The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the State Council on safety production documents by Mr. Han, Vice Chairman. And emphasize the relevant requirements of safety work for subordinate companies of the group.

At the meeting, Mr. Jin, had a discussion on three safety production hidden danger which found during inspect to Huizhou Industrial Park in non-working days. He pointed out that safety production cannot be ignored, the exposed safety production problems need highly valued in daily work. The relevant staff should be serious understanding, always keep safe production vigilance, and use the greatest efforts to control and eliminate the production of dangerous points. We must pay attention to diversified education and normalized management, efforts to improve all staffs’ safe awareness and self-awareness. In the system construction and implementation, to be targeted, seeking truth from facts, and to be lawful, strict implementation, avoid formalism and bureaucratic style.

In the afternoon, the company reported the rectification report of safe hidden dangers and self-examination report of the first quarter of 2017. After the meeting, Mr. Jin leaded inspection team to the production workshop, and identifies feedback for the possible existence of safety work danger points.

This meeting aims to reexamination for rectification measures made by companies in the last year, and listen to the danger point self-report and safe system establishment. Check the safe production hidden danger, to make the accident prevention and emergency plan for accidents. We should do widely publicize, in-depth vigilance, unified thinking, conscious understanding, so that the company’s main leaders and production safety responsible person firmly establish awareness of the “safe red line”. And resolutely avoid the occurrence of safe accidents, put the safety production to an important position in company management, to ensure that achieve the aim of company safety production in 2017.
