Since 2016, CASIL began to carry out “TQM-corporate problem solving activities”. This activity aim at the widespread problem using the Six Sigma to carry out, and solve the problem of daily multiple or abnormal situation using QCC. In the beginning of April, total 9 projects as an urgent problem of company were defined by internal evaluation and Six Sigma. The 30 students finished the basic learning of Six Sigma GB (Green Belt) by guidance of Mr. Li Guowu, a training teacher from Tianxingjian Management Consulting. Use the pola and management diagram to filter out the small “y” of the important problems as need to solve, and did DOE test and high difficult statistics for the verification of related questions.

In 2017, our company will be more in-depth these activities, focus on training BB (Black Belt) on the basis of GB (Green Belt) students, and let the QCC problem infiltrated into the company employees, operators and other wider areas.

Six Sigma is one of the quality activities, it was introduced and first successful operation by Motorola in 1986, and many Chinese companies are also widely using this concept of activity. The project leader must have qualified as MBB (Master Black Belt). Project members must have YB (Yellow Belt), GB (Green Belt) qualified personnel. Our company has been successfully completed the GB (Green Belt) qualification training in December 2016.

QC group is to improve and solve the quality problem in Japan, suitable for on-site events.

After the training, we all showed the confident smile and have confidence to challenge the BB (Black Belt) qualification training course and project practice in 2017.
