During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the PMC department of LCD factory planned and carried out a theme of “Unity, Cooperation, Win-Win” interesting knowledge contest. Through the knowledge contest, make former process colleagues to understand and learn more working knowledge during the amusement. And, through the team activities, let former process colleagues understand the connotation of “Unity, Cooperation, Win-Win”, to enhance team cohesion.

This knowledge contest contestants by production planning department, quality control department and technology department, production department and QC department as the main members of the team competition, the mangers of production department as announcer, scorekeeper, the technology department as assistors. The activity involves multiple departments at the same time, the participants is most in these years, it is fully embodies the theme of “Unity, Cooperation”.

A total of 10 teams to participate in this activity, 5 people per team, and each team choose one captain. The test questions consists of encyclopedic knowledge and pre-process experts, a total of 90 questions, topic type consists of multiple choice and true or false. This activity using the WeChat platform, the captains join in a WeChat group, when the announcer announce can answer, participants send the message by WeChat group and answer the question, ensure the activity is equitable.

This activity reference some rules of the network activities to ensure the activities can be carried out orderly and smoothly. Each team members think positive, unity cooperation, fight a battle of wits and courage between teams, the activities choose top 4 according to the final total score, and give the gifts and cash to these teams, it is fully embodies the theme of “Win-Win”.
